As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain backups of your data
• Pay for services in a timely manner

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Running malicious scripts, malware, or phishing sites
• Attempting to breach server or network security
• Using excessive server resources that impact other users

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or renewal
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

We guarantee:

• 99.9% network uptime guarantee
• 24/7 technical support availability
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA

Hostracer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
